By accessing or using Kraken Control ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kraken Control is a Chrome browser extension that provides Amazon product research tools, including:

• Buy Box price and seller information
• ASIN data extraction and management
• Competitor stock level analysis
• Profit calculation tools
• AI-powered product analysis (Pro tier)

The Service operates entirely within your browser and does not require access to your Amazon account credentials.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Tiers

• Scout (Free): Basic features (no payment required)
• Captain ($29.99/month): Full command center with 7-day free trial
• Commander ($199/month): Market dominance with API access and automated MAP enforcement

4.2 Free Trial

• 7-day free trial available for Captain tier (no credit card required)
• Trial automatically converts to paid subscription after 7 days
• You may cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
• One trial per user

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments processed securely via Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use Kraken Control for legitimate Amazon seller research and business purposes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate Amazon's Terms of Service or policies
• Scrape or extract data in violation of Amazon's robots.txt or rate limits
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials
• Use the Service to compete directly with Kraken Control

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

Kraken Control, including all software, design, text, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of any data you create or input into the Service. You grant us a license to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement.

6.3 Amazon's Rights

All Amazon product data, images, and content remain the property of Amazon.com, Inc. Kraken Control does not claim ownership of Amazon's intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of data extracted from Amazon
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

7.2 Data Accuracy

Product data is extracted from publicly available Amazon pages. We are not responsible for:

• Inaccuracies in Amazon's displayed data
• Changes to Amazon's website structure that affect extraction
• Outdated or incorrect product information

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRAKEN CONTROL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7.4 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kraken Control, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (including Amazon's)
• Any data or content you submit through the Service

9. Amazon API and Third-Party Services

9.1 Amazon API

Kraken Control Pro tier features may require Amazon API approval. We are not responsible for:

• Amazon's approval or rejection of API access
• Changes to Amazon's API terms or availability
• Limitations imposed by Amazon on API usage

9.2 Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (Stripe, MongoDB, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service in a manner that harms us or others

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
